This toner is jam-packed with Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Turmeric, and Licorice Root. Using this toner after cleansing your face with the Turmeric and Niacinamide cleanser, will help speed up the process of fading the unwanted dark spots and pigmentation.

Directions: Soak half of a cotton pad with toner. Swipe the cotton pad across your entire face and neck. Do not rinse.
